Mom, are you OK?

Stella asked me if I was OK after reporting that I was not going to the fair today!

Today was Senior & Kids Day.  I stayed home and blogged all day, rested my sore feet and regenerated for a full day tomorrow!

I have only heard stories to report today..

.I guess just as Mom and I were heading to the talent show last night, two stabbing victims were being transported off the fairgrounds.  It was NOT random, just a fight between two guys with too much 3.2 beer!

Ermahgerd....Fer her!
I was blogging today when I received a text from my Mom...Bart got his first Fair Do!

Mom reported the following on her facebook tonight!:
The 50th celebration entered it's 3rd day. I'm sitting enjoying the County Fair Talent Show. All of a sudden, "Is Carol Kelsey here? (I know he could see me I was on the aisle), The MC says Carol will you stand and proceeds to acknowledge our Anniversary, the dedication of the bench, and the photo in the Pioneer Press. So of course I had to stay till they announced the winners and I could go give him a hug. (David Cambronne) By then I figured I should check out a couple aisles in the Education building and the band at the Bandshell, Hardball. You could shoot a cannon down some streets, I was the only on on Frankson coming home.

Just as I was about to log off for the night my friend Kathy posted the following on her facebook profile... I had to share it with my readers! At the Fair, I watched a man pulling a wagon with 2 kids and their accouterments. One of the children tumbled out of the wagon (half jumped, really), and the man soldiered on, laser-focused on getting... somewhere, oblivious to the fact that his wagon was now one preschooler lighter than before. Best part: the guy was wearing a shirt saying "World's Greatest Dad."

That is all I have to vicariously report!

No STATS for Day Five.
